What it does:
Shampoo bars help detoxify and free your hair from chemical build-up of conventional shampoos, conditioners, and products. It’s normal for hair to feel sticky and waxy after using a shampoo bar since that’s the long-term effect of chemical build-up.
How to use:
Lather the shampoo bar on your palm and massage the lather onto your scalp. Do not rub directly onto scalp.
Ingredients:
Soap noodles, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Almond Oil, Aloe Vera Extract, Cinnamon Oil, Peppermint Oil, Sugar Cane Extract, Olive Oil, Shea Butter, Flavor/Scent, Food Colorant.
What else you need to know:
It takes around 2 weeks for your hair to fully adjust to the natural composition of shampoo bars, depending on your water’s hardness and the amount of chemicals your hair has been exposed to. Allow sometime to detox and don’t give up with just a few trials.
You can also try the Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) rinse after using the shampoo bar to remove any residue as it helps with the pH balance, de-tangles the hair, and adds softness. Let it settle for a few minutes before rinsing with cold water. You can do this by combining 1/2 cup ACV and 2 cups water, pour over hair and scalp and rinse with warm water.
