Fresh, fun, and fruity, these girls’ personalities are reflected in this week’s makeup look! It’s all about playing with bright and happy colors, and keeping everything smooth, clear, and youthful. Janina’s crushing it in bright coral and Hannah is painting the town with a pop pink.
To crush it in coral like Janina, follow our simple steps below!
Start off the makeup look with a smooth and poreless base. Using your fingers or a brush, spread a thin layer of Maybelline Face Studio Master Primer Blur + Smooth Primer all over the face and neck.
Keep the skin looking natural, but still matte by blending out your foundation with a damp sponge. Apply small amounts all over the face and gently dab and blend out with your favorite BeautyBlender. You’ll know it’s blended out well when the foundation looks and feels like second skin! Use Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless Foundation for natural coverage.
Conceal evidences of staying up late doing homework and looking like you’ve just downed an espresso shot without the crash by dabbing on a bit of Maybelline Fit Me Concealer over your dark circles. You can easily conceal any blemishes and spots with the product, too. Using your finger or a sponge, blend until it looks seamless and natural.
Set everything in and keep oil at bay by dusting on Milani Prep Set Go Transparent Face Powder over your t-zone. Remember to use a light hand and only use a little bit, so that your makeup look doesn’t look cakey!
Look fruity fresh with a bright pop of coral on your cheeks! Take your Glossier Cloud Paint in Dawn and place a small amount on the back of your hand. Using your fingers or a sponge, lightly dab the cream blush over your cheekbones until you reach your desired intensity. Dab on a tiny bit of the cream blush over the bridge of your nose to look like you’ve been kissed by the sun!
Janina has soft arches. Run through Glossier Boy Brow starting from the base of your brows and brushing them until it reaches the tail. This both grooms and sets them in place. You can select a shade similar to your natural brow hair or choose to go with the clear one for ultra-natural arches.
To start off the eye look, take a bit of your Glossier Cloud Paint in Dusk and dab a tiny amount on your eyelids as a base. Sweep on an orange shade like Paisley from the Detail Makeover Autumn Eyeshadow Palette all over the lid. Take a mix of a burnt brown and light brown like Harkin and Knox and blend it over your crease.
Draw a thin line over your lash line. Choose a brown pencil like Clio Waterproof Brush Liner XP 0.55G in 2 Kill Brown to create the illusion of softer lines and youthful eyes as opposed to using a black liner that creates sharper and more graphic lines.
To get wispy lashes like Janina, begin by curling your lashes. Take your favorite falsies, like the NYX Wicked Lashes in Scandal, which are made to look like natural wispy lashes. Cut it into three parts to fit your eye shape better. With your lash glue, apply a thin line over the lashes and wait until the glue becomes tacky. Apply the lashes as close to the lash line as possible and press into place. You can use a tweezer if you’re having a hard time applying it with just your fingers. Curl again to blend the falsies with your natural lashes.
Feel free to skip on the mascara if you feel scared of having too many heavy things on your lashes. But if you want your lashes to blend together, brush just the tips of your ashes with Maybelline Volume Express Hypercurl.
Prepping your lips for lipstick is a must, especially for long-wearing liquid lipsticks! Take your trusty lip balm like the Vaseline Lip Therapy Original Mini and spread it all over your lips. As an added bonus, mix in a bit of the Vaseline with brown sugar and exfoliate your lips to buff away dead cells and to create a more plump effect.

For Hannah’s look, a dewy base is all you need to look fresh 24/7. Spread a thin layer of Glossier Priming Moisturizer 50ml all over your face with your fingertips. Your skin should look and feel bouncy to touch!
Skip the heavy formulas and instead, reach for a BB Cream. It’ll create sheer to buildable coverage and will give you that youthful glow-from-within look that Hannah has! No need to reach for powder for your dewy look! Instead, spritz on POP Beauty’s Makeup Magnet Mist all over the face to make sure nothing slips and slides around. At half an arm’s length away, spray about 2 to 3 spritzes until the entire face is covered.
Easily fill in brows with L’Oreal Paris Brow Artist Pomade. Dip the angled brush in the pomade and draw a straight line at the bottom of your brow starting from the tail. From there, create a soft shape by following the natural arch of your brows. Fill in with a light hand by drawing quick, short strokes to mimic brow hairs. Blend out with a spoolie brush to give the illusion of natural soft brows.
Create luminous and playful eyes by applying on a glittery shade all over your eyes and sweeping a thin line under the lower lash line. Blend together the two shades from the Pixi By Petra Glow-y Gossamer Duo – Subtle Sunrise to create the perfect shimmering color for your lids!
Fill in the gaps in your lash line with Pink Sugar Eye Candy All Day Eyeliner – Black. Take a cotton bud and gently blend the pencil eyeliner to create a soft and hazy line.
