1. Start by spraying a volumizing dry shampoo like BATISTE DRY SHAMPOO PLUS SHOW-STOPPING HEAVENLY VOLUME, P750, all over roots. Blow dry for body. Tease the hair on top of the head and wrap it around a curler while you do your makeup.
2. When makeup is done, take out the curler and run your fingers through hair. Use a flexible hold hairspray like TONI&GUY HAIR STYLING GLAMOUR MOISTURIZING SPRAY, P750, to maintain the volume.
3. Prep skin with a glow primer—especially helpful to give tired skin radiance. We like GLOSSIER PRIMING MOISTURIZER, P1,800, for its skin-caring properties.
4. Apply a moisturizing foundation like INGLOT AMC CREAM FOUNDATION, P1,495, to even out skin. We like that this product has illuminators which give skin a dewy finish. Set with powder. We suggest CHACOTT FINISHING POWDER, P2,700. Spray a fine mist of water all over the powder so that you won’t look too matte, which is a look that can age you.
5. For bright eyes, use gold. But first pat a pale base shadow on lids before applying the gold shadow. Then swipe highlighter on the brow bone. The MILANI EVERYDAY EYES POWDER EYESHADOW COLLECTION in BARE NECESSITIES, P650, has all the shades you need.
6. Line eyes with black eye pencil. Try GIRLACTIK MECHANICAL EYELINER, P1,140. It draws a precise line but you can smudge it (check Karen’s lower lash line) for a softer look.
7. Curl lashes then apply two—even three!—times for lashes that really open up eyes. We like MAYBELLINE THE FALSIES PUSH UP DRAMA MASCARA, P459. Add false lashes for a truly bold gaze.
8. Use brow mascara in a light brown hue. You can even use blonde mascara on brown brows, like what was used on Karen. Girls with light hair can have fun with gold-tinged brows. Try PIXI BROW BRIGHTENER GOLDEN GLAZE, P675.
9. Dust peachy pink blush on the apples of your cheeks for a youthful glow. We love the pretty hue (and that flower!) of MILANI ROSE POWDER BLUSH, P600!
10. Fill in lips with a pink-nude liner like OFRA LIPLINER in BABYDOLL, P395, before applying a warm brown lipstick. You can choose any brown shade from L’OREAL PARIS COLOR RICHE MATTE BROWNS, P400, but SPICED CIDER is the most nude and natural.
