STEP 2: Prep the eyelids with URBAN DECAY EYESHADOW PRIMER POTION to make your eyeshadow long-wearing and to intensify color payoff. Using the URBAN DECAY SMOKY PALETTE, apply Whiskey to the crease of the lid using the brush that comes with the palette and blend well to achieve that sultry effect.
STEP 3: To give the look an element of sexiness, apply Armor from the URBAN DECAY SMOKY PALETTE all across the lid by using a flat brush. With a round blending brush, make sure that there is no visible line between the two shades.
