The Eve Pearl HD Liquid Foundation treatment is a light and smooth foundation that provides sheer to medium coverage. The consistency is creamy, almost like a soft mousse texture. It glides well on the skin and has a natural and glowing finish. You must set it with powder to make it more long lasting and velvety. I like that the foundation has skin care benefits – it contains vitamins, nutrients, peptides, and antioxidants that help improve the skin’s elasticity and diminish appearance of wrinkles, sun damage, and fine lines. It photographs well – it made my skin look smooth in photos, which confirms its claim to be High Definition. It also boasts to be paraben free, petroleum free and fragrance free.
One of the unique things about this foundation is its packaging. It has a round flat top that oozes out foundation when you press it down. The round base acts like a palette and allows you to swipe your brush or your sponge on the container without contaminating the foundation. It also means that you don’t need to put the foundation at the back of your hand which can get a tad bit messy.
Overall, it is a smooth and lightweight foundation that lasts for about 4 hours on my combination skin. It is hydrating so it would suit those with dry skin as well. If you’re looking for a foundation with additional skin care benefits, then this is for you!
