W7 Glowcomotion Review

Discovering W7’s Glowcomotion has been the highlight of this month!

I’ve been obsessing over highlighters of late, and I blame it on the recent Chloé Spring/Summer 2018 runway show where models were sent out wearing just the slightest hint of color but strikingly gorgeous skin with a lovely,
iridescent sheen.

For this month’s product review, I was raring to try out W7’s Glowcomotion Highlighting Powder because I had heard so many positive reviews about it from fellow makeup junkies.

Texture

First off, this powder—just like all the products under the W7 brand, is so reasonably priced at P449! Its texture is silky, and it’s armed with shimmery micro pigments that provide a seamless glow for your skin.

Glow Power

Unlike most in-your-face highlighters, this one gives skin a really natural, subtle glow so it’s great even for daytime. I liked that I could build up the radiance just by adding a swipe or two.

Endurance

By the end of the day, the glow had faded a bit but I could still see traces of it. I would advise keeping the compact and a blush brush handy for touch-ups if you know you’ll be out the entire day.

Overall Look

Without flash, the highlighter looks really pretty on skin. Highlighters are meant to be worn on areas that are naturally hit by the light like the brow bone, top part of cheek bones, tip of the nose and chin, and those were the exact places where I made sure to apply the powder. I noticed my skin had a radiance it didn’t have before, and in pictures (especially with flash), my skin glowed.
