With our tropical climate getting hotter each year, keeping makeup on has become a problem. Heat and humidity often lead to our oil glands producing excess oil and sweat, and this results to our makeup melting away. How are primers different from moisturizers? Well, moisturizers sink into skin so that they can provide hydration. Primers, on the other hand, create a layer on top of skin. A primer also forms a barrier between sweat and oil and makeup.
