10 steps to wearing 2015’s Color of the Year: Marsala
As Pantone officially announces their pick for color the year of 2015, some of us are surely wondering: what is it about this shade of red, that makes it such a flattering color and how can I implement it in my beauty routine? Marsala is an earthy burgundy red, described by Pantone as “an impactful, full-bodied and elegant grounded statement.” The great thing about this hue is that it is flattering to almost every skin tone, and therefore a color trend easier to follow than those of the past years.
1. Starting with flawless skin, Marsala looks best on a minimally made-up face. For your base, start with clean skin that radiates.
