What it does:
The liquid lipstick glides on easily and dries to a velvety matte finish without drying the lips. Gives off a rich and highly-pigmented color without flaking through the day.
How to use:
On clean and prepped lips, sweep on the liquid lipstick starting from the center of the lips moving out.
