Step 1: Apply RIMMEL LONDON STAY MATTE FOUNDATION to even out skin tone and diminish redness.
Step 2: Use your fingers or a concealer brush to apply PIXI ILLUMINATING TINT AND CONCEAL under the eye, up to the lower lash line and the inner corner of the eye. Pat gently with fingertips to smooth and blend.
Step 3: Use OFRA TRANSLUCENT HIGHLIGHTING LUXURY POWDER to set your concealer and foundation and create a smooth surface for color to adhere to (like priming before you paint). You can use a powder puff, but for a more sheer finish, use a powder brush.
Step 4: Apply EYE OF HORUS ULTIMATE BROW DEFINE at the inner corner of the brow and follow its shape using feathery strokes. If the color looks too heavy, soften it by pressing on OFRA TRANSLUCENT HIGHLIGHTING LUXURY POWDER with a powder puff.
Step 5: Sweep a light base color of INGLOT PRE-MADE EYESHADOW PALETTE 3’S from lash line to brow bone, and a medium color on the lid, from lash line to crease.
Step 6: With an eyeliner brush, apply dark shadow of INGLOT PRE-MADE EYESHADOW PALETTE 3’S as close to the base of your lashes as possible, from corner to corner. Using eye shadow to line eyes creates a more natural and longer-lasting look than using eye pencil does. After lining the upper lash line, look straight ahead to see if any gaps need to be filled in. Then line the lower lashes, making sure the bottom line meets the top at the outer corner of the eye.
Step 7: Brush TARTE LIGHTS, CAMERA, FLASHES STATEMENT MASCARA from the base of your lashes to the tip. Apply two coats, letting the mascara dry between coats. For evening drama, add a third coat.
Step 8: Smile and dust HUMAN NATURE PERFECT GLOW MINERAL BLUSH – SUN KISSED onto the apples of the cheeks, blending up into the hairline, then downward to soften color.
Step 9: Apply INGLOT BULLET LIPSTICK IN 176 from the tube, or for a more precise application (especially with darker shades), use a lip brush. Lightly blend color with fingers to give lips a soft, stained finish.
